Everyone was nice and friendly and was done in timely. Only concern my last oil change 6 months ago my tires and brakes were in the yellow and this time they were in green. Not really sure if they really checked my car over when I havent had any other work done.

I just purchased my Chevy Trailblazer 2 1/2 weeks previously from this dealership. Leaving the grocery store my low tire light came on. Since I was very close to my dealership, I stopped in. They were eager to help. Unfortunately I had run over a screw so the tire needed more than just some air and it was just after 12 noon so I had to wait until the auto technicians returned. They did get to it rather quickly upon their return which I really appreciated since I had perishables in my car. (Of course my pacing probably encouraged them to get it done :) I'm happy I was close and they were able to fix the problem.

I booked the appt online. It was somehow cancelled, so I had to pick another day and make transportation arrangements again. They were not able to fix my memory in my seat and they didn't change my windshield wipers. I feel like I'm disappointed every time I have service here.

I was very satisfied with the repairs completed on my car. The only thing I was disappointed about was they told me my car would be ready on Friday. On Friday. the 5th day they had the car, I was informed it wasn't done due to the bumper not arriving so it would be Monday before it would be ready. Since you had no loaner cars available I had to use my grand daughters car and she graduated on Sat from high school LCC & was not very happy I had to use her car.

The knob that shifted gears have some scratches or marks or something on it, and they were supposed to get back with me on how they was going to fix it. I haven't heard back from anyone yet. 2011 Dually was scheduled for the 18th, dropped off in afternoon on the 17th. They didn't waste any time in getting it in, diagnosed the issue, called us with plan of repair. Had to get part so expected vehicle back on the 20th. They got the part in earlier than expected and again got right on it. We picked up the truck on the afternoon on the 19th. That's twice on this repair, the service dept got down with this job ahead of schedule, absolutely GREAT service. Ryan is always friendly and knows the importance of having the truck back on the farm.

My experience started with Nikki who answered the phone and was very pleasant and helpful I was driving over a hour to look at a car and she answered my questions and made sure the sales team knew I was coming to look at the car Brett Dardio was my salesman and he was totally professional and very patient with me explaining the car features and made sure I understood the car and all the tech in the vehicle then Charles mcclung handled the financial end of the deal and he was very patient with me when I had question on paperwork and email sent that went to my junk mail he helped locate this the sales manager also came over and introduced himself all in all very happy with how I was treated and very happy with my choice

As always I received excellent service from the sales department. Brett Dardio took time and care to insure I understood how to use all of the controls. The only thing I do not like is that Chevrolet no longer provides a hard copy of the owners manual. I have always been able to scan through them and gain more information on some things. I can look up online but I miss the book.

Scheduled service recommended for my car at 22500 miles and they were only trying to do an oil change. I said I wanted everything recommended done like tire rotation and everything else. Had 2 free service visits due to being a CPO and they were trying to charge me at first.

Your Certified Pre-Owned coverage entitles you to two complimentary oil change tire rotation and multi-point inspection visits. We’re sorry for the mix-up and appreciate you speaking up so we could correct it. My blower motor fan went out on my 2016 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray went in Shop Monday got it back Tuesday. I bought my extended warranty through Lima Automall. If no warranty would have been over $1,000 dollars. Cost me $100 I urge you buy there extended warranty. Ryan Swaney sales manager does a great job as always, Service department is outstanding Keith service manager and his team are outstanding So outstanding I bought them pizza. The Lima Chevy guys ROCK! My check engine light came on the night before I was going to be traveling all over Ohio last weekend. I took my car in, the guys were able to check the code, found the part was in stock and had my car fixed in just over an hour. I was able to keep my travel plans. They are always friendly and very helpful whenever I take my car in.

Nothing was explained, just handed the papers and asked to pay. I asked to have my filters checked because I knew it had been well over a year. No one said they were fine or anything, it was just as if it wasn’t done. My brake levels came back on yellow but no one explained the urgency or lack there of.
